New Online Portal for Campus Tenants

We’re excited to announce a new online portal for all our residential and commercial tenants here at the Pepperell Mill Campus. The new online portal gives tenants their own log in that will allow them to make e-payments on rent and balances, submit maintenance requests, contact property management, view important community messages, and download important information such as their lease or insurance policy.

We started assembling the portal at the beginning of the year, and it required a massive amount of data entry for all our tenants. The new software will make it easier for us to keep track of all of our tenant’s contact information, leases, payments, outstanding balances, etc. It also will benefit our tenants significantly now that all of their information can be seen in one place. Rent is applied automatically to their accounts at the beginning of each month, and they are able to set up their checking account and make a one-time payment, partial payments, or even set up automatic payments.

We excited that this new portal will benefit both parties, us the landlord and our tenants. The new tenant portal is another amenity to living and working at the Pepperell Mill Campus. We’re trying to stay ahead of the curve, and now our tenants can throw away that checkbook for good!
