Banded Horn and The Pepperell Mill Campus sign a long term lease

Today We Shall Band Together takes on another meaning. The Pepperell Mill Campus and Banded Horn have joined together in signing a long term lease expanding the brewery’s space to 24,000 square feet at the mill. The brewery is leasing five times more interior space than they started with four years ago.

This is a true success story. A startup company is born, makes a quality product, resulting in business activity and creating jobs. The mill stabilizes further with a quality long term tenant. And, the downtown district feels the direct effect of more feet on Main Street, strengthening the community.
